Windows10でcdコマンドの一部が使えなくなった？

More than 1 year has passed since last update.

一般にディレクトリ移動で使われるコマンドは2通り挙げられる．

例：Eドライブへ移動する際のcdコマンド
(1)

>cd e:

(2)

>cd /d e:

Windows10 Version 10.0.17134.112のコマンドプロンプトでは，(1)が使えなかった．(2)しか受け付けない．

※(1)を使うと"E:\"と表示は返ってくるが，カレントディレクトリが変化しない．念の為pwdコマンドで確認しても変化なし．

以前から使えなかったのか，最近使えなくなったのか…どちらにせよディレクトリ移動だけで時間を取られた．
