Summary

When an OnChain wire is sent, receiver does not get a notification or an email trigger.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to any user profile who has OnChain wire setup (Jack, Faizan, etc)
2. Send 1 Token OnChain
3. Confirm whether a notification was received or not
4. Confirm whether an email was sent or not

What is the current bug behavior?

OnChain wires not triggering notifs/emails

What is the expected correct behavior?

OnChain wire notifications/emails should work exactly like OffChain

Possible fixes

Make sure notifications/email triggers are in place once an OnChain wire is completed.
