(bug): Video preview disappearing on upload

Summary

Reported by timcast, when uploading a video the upload bar is disappearing.

Platform information

PC, Chrome & Brave. Unable to replicate Chromium Manjaro, Brave Manjaro

What is the current bug behavior?

Video preview disappears for the user whilst uploading.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Video preview should remain.
