        福西氏が今回集まった署名を ユネスコ登録の為転用すると 表明してますが、 目的の違う案件への署名の 転用は可能なんでしょうか？ それが可能であれば、 虚偽の目的で集まった署名を 全く別の目的に転用も可能と いうことなのでしょうか？
