Reported user chesschats, the chat window is cut off vertically on the users iPad when in landscape mode.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to group chat.
2. Scroll down.
3. Chat jumps.

Platform information

Happens for user on:

• iPad mini3 / iOS 12.2
• 6th generation / iOS 12.3

Unable to reproduce on:

• Physical: Ipad Air 2 running 12.3.1
• Virtual: 6th Gen and iPad Pro 9.7.

What is the current bug behavior?

Chat is cut off, half off screen to the right.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Chat should be in its normal position.

added Triage::Questions Type::Bug (Triage) labels

added Triage::Review label and removed Triage::Questions label

Asked @brianhatchet if he is able to replicate on his end as my tests on BrowserStack, its all working fine.
