Recently created user "cuong2" was not showing on the search list after entering his user name in the search bar.

Steps to reproduce

from the main page, tapped on search icon on the bottom of the app, then entered cuong2 in the search tab.

User with user name "cuong2" should appear in the search results.

added Priority::0 - Urgent Product::Search Type::Bug labels

added Priority::2 - Normal label and removed Priority::0 - Urgent label
