AQ-Fanboys will cheer for #HTS but their days are numbered and the main reason for it is #HTS himself. They had a much better inter-rebel policy when they were called Nusra. To become ISIS-like means to be defeated.

#AhrarAlSham made the mistake to link#Nusra with the Syrian rebels. This have brought#Nusra in an advantageous position. Links to rebels had given them an area to operate which they are loosing now due to their constant aggressions against rebelsShow this thread -
One may ask why Nureddin Zengi could hold longer against
#HTS than#AhrarAlSham. There are some reasons for it. Rebels now have ideological arguments to resist against HTS aggressions. Nureddin Zengi is much more homogeneous than Ahrar. They are concentradet on a certain areaShow this thread -
Ahrar in Bab al Hawa was encircled, but Ahrar in Jabal Zawiyah, Al-Ghab plain, southwest Hama, Ariha and northeast of Idlib city are locally based and concentradet. So they survived. To defeat Nureddin Zengi will be a hard task for HTS

During the fighting with Ahrar, HTS lost allies who oppose such a thuggish and criminal behavior against Ahrar. All 4 are backed by MOM operation room. Two are not based in Idlib. Non of them are one of the bigger groups. None of them work with HTS on political level, just military cooperation against regime. But are you trying to tell me that CIA vetted groups are a good ally for HTS?

They are still AQ in my eyes. All or nearly all of their high and middle leadership were members of AQ. To declear themselve out of AQ doesn't change their mentality
