Summary

A couple of users including @javanick have reported being selected by the same Jury twice. This requires investigation as though it is not impossible that a user had 2 identical images reported, and both got assigned to the same person, it does seem against the odds to be getting this many reports.

I have received 4 summons for the same post in two hours.

removed S - Triage (Questions) label

I believe this is down to the pool of users active and being selected, and different report reasons. Any more occurrences of this happening?
