        こんなDMが届きました 信頼度については謎ですが、あるVtuberは固定給18万+投げ銭歩合給（10万円まではゼロ。10万円を超えてはじめて総額の5%ほど）だそうです これが事実であれば、月に100万円投げ銭されてようやく月給23万になります。会社から引かれるのはわかりますが、それでも5%って凄いですね…pic.twitter.com/NbB7dmkHcD

        削除に協力ありがとうございます。固定給って自分のとこだけ？って担当者に質問したら「他の歩合制って言ってる企業も大体固定給」とサラッと暴露されて驚きました。どこも企業全体で「ウチはVtuber側に還元してるよ！」アピールを実際には還元されてないVtuber本人達にやらせてるの知って引きました。

        『本来ブラックっぽいエロライブチャットの方が「投げ銭は配信者に～割還元します」と条件を完全公開していることに対し、俺らホワイトだよという顔をしているVtuber事務所の方が投げ銭の配分を完全非公開にしていることはおかしい！』という主張の動画も広がっているみたいです。何とか探して消します

        私はTwitchパートナーですが、Twitchはサブスクライブ＆チアー（投げ銭）の配分額を公開していますよ。サブスクは５ドルサブスクなら半額、チアーはチアー購入時の手数料以外すべて配信者に入ります

        ただし購入時の手数料が１割だか２割だか若干割高ですので、チアーではなくドネート窓口を別途設定してペイパルなどで振り込む人も多いです

        契約書をみてみないことにはわからないですねそこは。そもそも今回事務所の名前も名言されてませんからね。ちなみに上記ツイートは２時～３時の間に行いました。
