(bug): Text edit panel is displayed when an image is uploaded.

Steps to reproduce

Go to My channel or create a group.
Upload an image for profile or cover photo.

Platform information

HUAWEI (HUAWEI ANE-LX1) / Android 8.0.0

Environment: Huawei P20 lite, Android 8, Chrome browser

What is the current bug behavior?

Image is uploaded but text edit panel is displayed, and user should click on an option in the edit panel to remove it from display.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Image should be uploaded and text edit panel shouldn't be displayed.
