(bug): Video upload fails on Mac (OSX 10.6)
Summary
Hi. Can't seem to upload videos at all. Tried on my mac mini OSX 10.6 and the bar won't get halfway (on Firefox and then tried on Chrome), and on my PC Windows 10 (the upload bar got to the end and nothing happened). MP4 4.2mg
Steps to reproduce
Presumably, try to replicate by uploading a video.

What is the current bug behavior?
The user cannot upload
What is the expected correct behavior?
The video should successfully upload

Tested on OSX 10.6 (Chrome 49 on OS X Snow Leopard) via BrowserStack and Firefox 44 on OS X Lion.
Could not even load the site... will re investigate another day in-case its just BrowserStack being strange. I haven't built up confidence in its reliability yet.
