But my geekbench score is 30000 max
Seems like the cpu not running in turbo.. kindly help

by replacing your file in patched folder made a good improvement in the benchmark score. but still not upto the mark..
is there anything I should look at in clover ?

In your kexts, there's nullcpupowermanagement kext. From the guide, this is not recommended. It may cause the CPU turbo problem.
Add some CPU monitoring kexts to check the CPU cores and frequency changes during the CPU benchmark.

I did the hardware monitor after installing the kexts
It looks like my 8 cores only working

Don't copy someone else's EFI. You need to make your own ssdt per the guide. As previously stated, yours is not generated correctly. As also pointed out by others, the ssdt and NullCpuPowerManagement conflict and are mutually exclusive. You should only use one or the other.
