Correct, you would have to use -xcpm_ipi... if it still existed.

I have been running renderings and encodings so much I haven't checked. I haven't really had a moment yet where the system was idle to sleep.

No, neither work. I've not spent much time trying to make it work but I'm not super encouraged by initial results.

In my past builds the systems would usually sleep when instructed to. I've been unable to get MacOS to sleep this build at all thus far.

ASRock released BIOS 1.90 on 6/26/2018 for the EP2C602.
