Detailed Description

Animated GIF support for profiles would be a nice feature for users, some compression may be necessary to keep file sizes down, but it'd offer users further ways to personalise their channel. It's debatable whether we want animated gifs to show on feeds, as that may cause latency issues, but on channels?
