Summary

Many users are complaining about not receiving rewards for voting creating confusion on what you get reward for. Currently some jury members do not receive rewards, from my understanding this is due to one of two reasons.

1.) They didn't agree with the other jury members, and this needs to be changed if true.

2.) The jury was already delegated and they were an "extra" jury member in this case the over projection needs to be fixed or "extra" jury members need to be also rewarded as even if their vote did not count they did indeed participate with the jury.
