People seem to forget the role PKK has played to facilitate this occupation...
Similar to the role PUK and KDP played to facilitate Saddam's al-Anfal campaign.
They gain something cause a turkish blockade of KRG and denying flights to use turkish airspace would change everything. I dont want to excuse it, imo KDP could have made more deals with Baghdad and USA since 2003 instead of selling out to Erdogan and Turkey.
