        その場で刑事に連絡して協力するのに当たりそこに停めるしか無いと証明してもらえ、尚且つ書類作られる前でしたらとの事でした。 本当に申し訳ないと アイツらがちょっとした点数の為にそうやって国民の信頼を失っていってしまうとも言ってる人が居ました👍

        https://for-money.com/parking-violation/#i-4 … これによると、取り消しはできる場合があるようです。 その刑事さんから、管轄署交通課に一応話をしてもらうか、反則金を代理で払ってもらうかですね。

        捜査協力された証拠を動画や写真固めて 不服で払わない、裁判上等にすれば、まず不起訴になると思います 検察は勝てない裁判はしない上 刑事が被告側証人になりますから 基本裁判は公開されるので、マスコミの餌食になりますし

        結果が出る前に、反則金を払わないため車検が取れないということになりかねないので弁護士に任せてあります。 不本意でも反則金を払った方が楽となりそうです😓

        反則金払って、警察に後から返金してもらえばいいと思います❗️点数は如何ともしがたいですが⁉️警察もコンプラ上点数揉み消すのは無理でしょうね⁉️
