(bug): offChain tokens not working to purchase Plus for some users
Some users are reporting trouble with purchasing a Plus subscription with offChain tokens. Unable to replicate. See this thread: https://www.minds.com/media/985320288821985280

I have tested this issue with both Mozilla Firefox (x86_64 v63.0.3) and Chromium (x86_64 v73.0.3683.103). It seems that off-chain Minds Plus renewals can be achieved if the Metamask extension is installed within the browser (attempted this within my own Chromium setup).
However, it seems like if a user has not added the Metamask extension to their browser setup, the "Setup your own OnChain Address" prompt is displayed and there is no option to ignore said prompt (and therefore no option to use off-chain tokens for the purpose of Minds Plus usage).
This could be a problem for users that do not wish to install the Metamask extension within their own browser configuration or are unable to due to Metamask being unsupported within their preferred browsers.
Therefore I recommend the inclusion for an option within the "Setup your own OnChain Address" prompt that allows users to continue without needing to first install the Metamask extension (a sort of "continue without the usage of Metamask" button / href element).
