(bug): Signing up for Plus with OffChain tokens and selecting "repeat this transaction monthly" does not add the transaction to the Billing page of settings under "Recurring Payments".

OffChain wires to other channels on the other hand do appear under "Recurring Payments" if you select "repeat this transaction monthly".
