140字じゃ難しいけど、効いたのは事実で、効くということは副作用もあるわけですよ。使わざるを得ないところまで来ていたら、副作用がでてきたならやめましょうと言ってくれる（できれば正規医療の）相談役を確保しておいて使うべし。それが代替医療の使い方。まじないでも効くときには効きます。
私自身もずいぶん整体系の施術者にはお世話になってきているんだけど、あ、もうこれ以上はこの先生ではダメって思う時期が必ずやってくる。たぶんそこが独自理論の限界なんだとこの頃は思ってる。だけど数回は効くし、それで助かるのも間違いない。
標準医療の医師でもそういうことってある。患者が求めるものって病状に応じて刻々と変わるので、同じ先生と二人三脚でずっと行けるとは限らない。そこで患者にも「何がどうなってほしいのか」という問いが突き付けられて、自立した意思をもって自分の病と向き合う必要性がでてきているのよね。
だから外野(友人や家族やそれ以外の人）がすべきなのは、考える材料を与えることで、指示を出すことじゃない。患者が聞く耳を持ち続けてくれるような関係を持続していくことで、バッサリ断裁することじゃない。
ご返信ありがとうございます。大人なご意見有り難く拝見しましたけど、自分が知りたかったのは代替療法に頼った人に対する態度の取り方なんて一般的な話ではなく、貴方個人として療法家氏個人をどう評価しているのかなんですわ。（続けます）
なお、他に自分と同じ様な問いを貴方に投げかけた方は、療法家氏の背景を踏まえた上で貴方方がHPVワクチンの有害事象で苦しんでおられる方に彼に掛かることを勧めておられると見られても仕方がないことを問題視しておられるように見ていますが、自分の関心は少々ズレていまして、（続く）
科学に軸足を置いてものを考えて、非科学的な代替療法を批判しているはずの貴方が、あくまでも代替医療の担い手である療法家氏に対してはこういう曖昧に許容する態度を取っておられるにも関わらず、その状態で他に対しては非科学的であると言って批判しておられるところが（続く）
