3. Will not renew after 30 days

What is the expected correct behavior?

OnChain should auto-renew monthly like OffChain does

Possible fixes

MetaMask/OnChain wallets should prompt a recurring payment schedule on the smart contract and ask for a permission / signature

This is a duplicate of front#298. 2 metamask prompts should appear, 1 for the recurring and another for authorization.

Its very unreliable though, so we probably want to focus having upfront yearly instead.
