OnChain Plus not renewing

Summary

OnChain Minds Plus purchases are not recurring monthly and drop off after 30 days.

Steps to reproduce

Go to https://www.minds.com/plus
Purchase Minds Plus with OnChain/MetaMask
Will not renew after 30 days

--Confirmed by multiple users and internally

What is the expected correct behavior?

OnChain should auto-renew monthly like OffChain does

Possible fixes

MetaMask/OnChain wallets should prompt a recurring payment schedule on the smart contract and ask for a permission / signature
