金森式風高脂質ダイエットを18.10.15より開始。完全に糖尿病レベルの高血糖なので体重減よりも血糖値ダウンを模索しています。高脂質は「なるべく」レベル。低糖質厳守・高蛋白でユルくやります。 最終目標は週に一回くらいラーメン食える状態に戻す事!

      糖質制限も奥義を極めると、体内の中性脂肪や遊離脂肪酸が食事由来なのかどうか解るようになるの! 食事由来ならケツから垂れ流すの! じゃぁ体脂肪はどこから来るのかと言うと、それは有料会員にしか教えられない。
