    این نازنین یک بیماری پوستی به اسم البینیسم دارد. پوستش به اندازه کافی ملانین ندارد و به خاطر این، مورد مسخره و خشونت قرار می گیرد و از حقوق های اولیه اش محروم است. در بعضی از کشور های افریقایی، این بیماران یاید خارج از جامعه بمانند چون جامعه اینها را ”فرزندان شیطان” می داند.
