The Shapiro style is to work in agreement with media narratives about "alt right"; to ignore legit stories (such as @IlhanMN tax) if it is brought to the forefront by the "crazies" and to explain away deplatforming of Cons if they are not the "polished" Cons.
This style only emboldens Leftists who then use those tactics against... Shapiro himself and Kyle.
I am saying this as someone who is amazed of Ben's intellectual and philosophical abilities but it ends there. He has zero experience of politicking/electioneering which is why his predictions are so often wrong and his actions so often backfire on him.
The Shapiro style of politics accepts that banning/shunning people based on arbitrary/double standard application of rules is ok. Otherwise, Shapiro would storm against the moves SM companies made on Alex Jones but he didn't. Well, the devil has now bitten his protégé. Oops.
Notice that Ben's tweet does not mention even one Conservative or non-Lib that he defended when they were attacked or deplatformed. The only thing I am learning about Kyle is he is young and trying to play in the big boy world. Sadly, he is living the life of victimhood and "it is everybody's fault" except his. He actually at times sounds like a liberal. Shapiro was just his second mistake in life.
It’s a shame he’s being treated differently because of the color of his skin. Were it a different shade he might have avoided the faux outrage.

I doubt he has a discrimination lawsuit. The decision made was based on behavior, not as a member of a protected class.
A good lawyer could show that he was given an extremely short leash because of his political views.
