    Maybe it’s just the inadequacy of breaking news as a format, but in the headline and summary - the only things the vast majority pay attention to- there’s nothing to defend Khan from the ridiculous accusations against him, ie; he’s responsible for these killings.

    The framing of this story summarises what false impartiality is. Anyone can accuse anyone of anything but by focusing on the accusation and not whether it has any merit, you implicitly accept it as valid. Scare quotes, etc mean little to the average reader.

    Come on , the story is not that Trump attacks Khan - it's that he quote-tweets the vile Katie Hopkins & her virulent Islamophobia. This should not be difficult. …

    I think the next election in the UK will be between those who have the memory of a fish and those who don’t.

    I’m not his biggest fan, but Blair beat the Tories three times and achieved a significant amount of good - you guys are 3rd in the polls and serve no purpose except to give the wretched Tories their only plausible route to re-election. You aren’t fit to lace his boots.
