    A civilian alerted Asayiş to an IED threat in As Sour next to the highway. The IED was safely disarmed and then destroyed.

    Yesterday a civilian alerted Asayiş to an IED thread on al-Sabha bridge after seeing suspicious activity. Asayiş quickly arrived, and caught the man in the act. These homemade bombs contained 15 kilograms each of explosive power. And were safely destroyed.

    A short time ago there were clashes between the MMC and the TFSA. The clashes occurred at Umm Jolud, to the northwest of Manbij, and Boghaz, west of Manbij. Sporadic clashes also continue north of the city at points on the Saguir river.
