#TelKeppe is an #Assyrian town located in #NinevehPlain about 8km north of Mosul. Tel Keppe means "Hill of Stones" in Syriac. #TelKeppe was my father's town and became the home of my tribe. My father has many fond memories from his childhood until we fled Iraq of TelKeppe. Today, I have no family left in TelKeppe, the last of which fled in August 2014, when ISIS attacked & have no intention to return.
