Ian Henderson is a 20+ year veteran within the . He was "Inspection Team Leader" for the a sub-team of the FFM - consisting of engineers - in . His report is a conclusion of *their* findings. *NOT* the findings of 1 man as per the denialism of et al

RF proposal to have another Dumabriefing with all involved of members of FFM voted down. Only 5 votes in favour.

Read this article when published in Feb '19. A re-read of it shows how the author's investigations ultimately leads him to share the conclusions of the FFM engineering sub-team before he & his OPCW source set about trying to prove themselves wrong as confirmation bias got hold.

A good example of how the Douma official narrative police are losing the debate. All of them resort to slurs, insults and innuendos. Here we have someone who supports the Jihadist version of events labelling those that don't as "Assad supporters". 'When lies become the truth'

Whitaker's comments are in dark green. The DG's in pale green. Whitaker's article went live on May 25, 3 days before the DG's briefing.

I think there's evidence the Director General's comments at the "Briefing on Syria" on May 28 were prepared in advance and that Brian Whitaker was briefed on same. Allow me to show the similarities for comparison.

FOI It's junk smears like this that lays bare your bias and prevents your voice as being seen as a credible source of information. I'm not a defender of any "regime" but like many others have serious concerns over the official narrative re Syria.

The gentle shifting OPCW narrative on what role Ian Henderson played in relation to Douma. Firstly he had "never been a member of the FFM". Then, he was just "temporarily assisting the FFM" Now, he's a "customary" accessory with "all deployments in Syria". What next?

Genuine question: Where do the parents of these children be in these pictures? Always pictures of children on their own being reused. Are parents not allowed to travel with the children?

Certainly Eliot Higgins got this very wrong. He vehemently attacked the Working Group for publishing the leaked document. Again, why? Is he not for the truth? He said the "superfriends..got played". They weren't played though!

"The latest US systems could not intercept the missile. This strike spread panic and fear among enemies and caused a great confusion in their side," - Turkey will be reading this thinking, S400s it is.

The guilty verdict was handed down days after the incident. The missiles launched. The MSM regurgitated the narrative unquestionably. Higgins, Ahmad et al acted as attack dogs on social media protecting that narrative from scrutiny. Is the truth lost along with OPCW credibility?

We know from the US launched a successful coup on the OPCW leadership in 2002. Can we say the OPCW today is free from political interference? How likely is it they will be allowed to go against the US conclusion that 'Assad-done-it'?

Could these "experts" have gotten their data from the "open sources" the OPCW refers to in their final report? Are we looking at a case that the OPCW's own engineers were ignored and reports accepted from experts using social media? Lots of questions begin arising.

They 'could not find any working hypothesis on how the cylinder hit the floor and bounced'. They were quite clear on that. They were on-site; carried out physical assessments & measurements and drew conclusions. Where did the outside contractors get their data ?

Given that only the FFM visited Douma on behalf of the OPCW we must ask where these outside contractors got the data to formulate their assessments if not from the engineering sub-team? What data did they get and from whom? The team on-site points to jihadist staging.

This sub-team visited Locations 2 & 4 as part of the FFM. Their findings were collated by Ian Henderson into a report which the OPCW ignored in favour of 3rd party assessments.

On Ian Henderson; It is now very clear he was working with the FFM and headed up the engineering sub-team. It was this engineering sub-team's conclusions that were ignored in the final FFM report. No mention of any of their findings were made.

So yes, whilst the FFM is not mandated to apportion blame. They also claim to never use *assumptions* in their reports. So one must ask why they *presumed* and thus pointed at Syrian military guilt?

Yet the DG says Henderson's report wasn't used as it pointed at responsibility. So it appears if you point at jihadist responsibility that doesn't make the cut into the FFM report. But Syrian military culpability is OK. What is that a result of if not political interference?
