    The MbZ-Putin phone call took place after it was announced that Qatar's Amir, Sheikh Tamim, will visit the White House in July. Right after Tamim's WH visit last year, MbZ visited Moscow. MbZ has not visited WH since June 2017, prior to GCC crisis.
