    OSCE giving press conference currently on vote in Kazakhstan, says that the election was tarnished by clear violations of political freedoms and free expression. Also notes ballot stuffing and other violations and that an honest vote couldn't be guaranteed

    Istanbul's new airport to get a synagogue. This will be a nice addition considering large number of religious Jews flying Turkish Airlines--mostly en route to Israel. Tel Aviv is airline's largest hub with about 1,000,000 people flying yearly via Istanbul.
