(feat): Report to offer block option
According to the TOS you should also block and unsubscribe to a user if you report a user. With the mass attacks on channel accounts groups and feedback from other users Report should = Block and Un-subsribe as well by default. Users need a way to protect themselves and channel on Minds.
Report = Unsubscribed, Block
Block = Unsubscribed
Block = Don't view my channel
