(bug): deleting post in moderated group queue does not remove post

Summary

If a user deletes a post in a moderated group before it is approved, the post can still be approved and does not get deleted.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Write post from test account
  2. Submit post
  3. Delete the post
  4. The post can still be approved and displays in the group after approval
