Lister funded by Turkey, Qatar, UAE, until recently Saudi regime to lobby for the 'rebels'. James Jeffrey is supposed to be a US rep, But in fact, received $100k by Turkey to lobby for a 50km 'safe-zone' in SE Syria so Turkey can annex more Syrian land and ethical cleanse Kurds.

He does lobby work for the Foundation for Political, Economic and Social Research (SETA), The Turkish regimes & AKP think tank. He's been funded by them since 2017 to lobby for things like the U.S to cut support to the SDF, arrest Fetullah Gülen, no fly Zones/ Safe Zones.
