I just posted a really important journal, so if you have any interest in the fate of www.FurBuy.com please go watch that FA user and have a look at the most recent journal. We really need to rally support for the site soon or I'm afraid we're not going to be able to keep it up. C'mon guys, I know we can do this.

I have a question, if someone holds a auction where the proceeds go to Furbuy, will that auction count towards their limit if they have a free account? Or can in event of a confirmation of such an auction and the payment to furbid their limit be extended?

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking, esp the latter half. If you're a free user, you're a free user, so yes any auction counts against your limit. I'd assume that if you sold something worth enough to hit your limit as a proceeds auction, you'd be making enough to easily cover the $18 contribution to get membership status.

Sorry, I'll try to explain better.

Say we have free user pips, now free user pips holds an auction where the proceeds go to Furbuy not to pips. My question is will that auction count towards pips' limit or can it be removed from their count because it directly benefited Furbuy not pips?

If pips wound up donating $18 or more to FurBuy due to their auction, then the limit would become irrelevant within 48 hours of the payment being sent. ;D

If pips donated LESS than $18 then pips would have 90 days to come up with the difference to $18 in order to turn their donation into a membership.

Being anything less than a member does not entitle pips to any privileges or benefits, which includes not counting that auction against their free account sales limit. Makes things simpler for everyone.
