The problem is that, besides it just being a fetish, nearly every site hosts cub porn, furafinity, deviant art, e621, any site that is user submitted will have things you don't like. Just avoid those topics.
CP isn't allowed on DA or FA, if it's seen it needs to be reported. e621 from what I can tell is rampant with theft and shouldn't be supported until that changes.
e621 is an aggregation website, not a hosting website so I don't think very many, if any, artists post content there. Instead it is pulled from other websites to be aggregated there
