(feat): edits to status post should carry over to media page

Summary

When a user edits their channel post, the edits do not carry over to its respective media page.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make a post with a picture or other media type;
  2. Edit the text of the post on channel;
  3. Click to view the media page.
