I’m hoping Americans, and everyone, now get how Russian propaganda distorted the Syrian uprising & created false narratives. Take a moment to think of US academics, journalists & analysts who either bought or sold those Russian narratives, under such slogans as “DC punditry”.
The damage won’t be undone, but we should all try to think with hindsight to appreciate how some of these academics & pundits did that, especially that many of them continue to promote narratives enabled by Russia & its troll armies. Find them, they’re hiding in contrarian bushes

How about false narrative of Syrian "experts" that more Russian involvement will actually mean rise for ISIS and Russia and Assad will not fight it n only fight rebels?
