@benhayward.ben, Has anyone been able to diagnose this issue yet? After reviewing recent H&S posts, this looks like to be an ongoing issue, which seems to be effecting a number of mobile users (and judging from the various replies that @javanick's has provided, seems to be something that is eluding any sort of resolution).
- Developer
Hi @medworthy, not on my end but we are aware of it. The first thing that I'd suggest to the aforementioned users is to try using rc2 until next release, to see if that helps with their issue.
Has anyone reported this error whilst using the RC2 version of the mobile application?
- Developer
I would suspect not because that was released today.
@benhayward.ben Sorry, I was actually thinking about 3.5.0-rc1 and not 3.5.0-rc2 (my mistake).
Edited by Mark Edworthy@benhayward.ben, It has now been over 3 weeks since this ticket was opened and I am wondering if there has been any progress in relation to resolving this issue (I have viewed similar recent H&S enquires that all refer to the above cryptic error message)?
- Developer
I was under the impression that it should be fixed, but if you spot any more please do send links.
