(bug): If translation fails, report this error message to the ui

Summary

As pointed out by @Quitejane, It appears that users are not able to translate certain posts.

Steps to reproduce

Visit one of the following links:

https://www.minds.com/newsfeed/968161245115498496

Hit translate.

Platform information

(Browser, device, system stats, screen size)

What is the current bug behavior?

Text is not translated into the chosen language.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Text should be translatable

Possible fixes

As you can see above I cannot replicate this by posting a simple post in Español/Spanish. The translate works fine. Also repeated this for Deutsch/German and got the same results.

So I'd presume there is a common factor linking the two example posts above. One of them has a 'Clover' character that could be messing things up, the other doesn't really appear to have any special characters (plenty of non-English but all pretty standard characters) but is long.

I wonder whether there's an error being thrown and not being reported.
