双極性障害と共に生きるデザイナーです。 クローズドで正社員として働いています。 初めて精神科へ行ったのは約2004年。双極性障害と診断されたのは2017年です。最近では薬を飲んでいることを除けば、ほぼ健康な人と変わりない生活を送れています。ここまで来る長い道のりを、少しづつマンガブログで綴っています。
