        志願者の７割があいさつできないのだとしたら、そういう人達が働ける職場環境を整えた方がよい人材を獲得できると思います。 日本は同調圧力が度を越して強いけれど、その同調圧力には根拠がありません。発達障害を軸に同質社会のおかしさを考えることが大事だと思います。 #発達障害と社会
