    I fear for the safety of others, I grieve for the suffering of others, but when it comes to my own life there is just a general numbness. I'm not sure if there is any path back to normality once you have experienced repeated trauma. I don't think it ever leaves you.

    Someone commented “Hail Hydra” on this and oh my god I will never see Bannon’s face again without uttering this factual statement about his policies.

    Although now that I think about it, online loonies never really bother to get worked up about the dozens and hundreds of attacks that do not make headline news (not even those confirmed by UN/OPCW). Hilariously, it's only evidence of war crimes that triggers denial.

    Finally, if we do see punitive strikes (and we should!), I can't imagine the conspiracies.

    I’ve seen lots of conspiracy theories emerge from Syria. From the WH being accused of stealing organs from kids, to “no CW attack happened in Douma”.

    Unclear whether evidence suffices for US & friends to consider punitive action (esp. considering few casualties and HTS factor). Nonetheless, the attack demonstrates the regime's persistent intent to use any and all weapons in its arsenal. More to be expected.

    I am astounded that Fisk is still given space to air his conspiratorial and objectively false views in a national newspaper. Fisk accusing OPCW of "dishonesty" when he himself went to Douma and implied the attack was a result of "dust" is absurd. should be ashamed

    8 years, 8 bloody years of Syria’s war and you think you’ve seen it all, all the misery and death and hopelessness, and then you see a video of a fighter dying, half of his body is gone but he’s conscious with his friend crying & screaming, his cries are the last thing he heared.
