Suggestions for the draft Terms (Terms of Service) document.

The attached file contains suggestions for the Terms (Terms of Service) document (note that the Terms document has yet to be directly compared to the Bill of Rights and Privacy Policy documentation).

The attached document is split into two halves, the first half contains suggestions and recommended changes, whilst the second half contains the original draft Terms document.

The numbers that are included at the start each of the elements within the first half refers to the superscripted red notions within the second half.

OpenOffice / LibreOffice (.odt), Rich Text (.rtf) and Microsoft Word (.doc and .docx) versions are available from:

Check out, review, and merge locally

Step 1. Fetch and check out the branch for this merge request

git fetch https://gitlab.com/medworthy/terms-of-service.git undefined
git checkout -b medworthy/terms-of-service-undefined FETCH_HEAD

Step 2. Review the changes locally

Step 3. Merge the branch and fix any conflicts that come up

git fetch origin
git checkout origin/master
git merge --no-ff medworthy/terms-of-service-undefined

Step 4. Push the result of the merge to GitLab

git push origin master

Note that pushing to GitLab requires write access to this repository.
