      代替療法の定義も一義的には使われてないですね。一般的には伝統医学をさすことが多く日本では漢方薬や鍼、徒手療法などです。しかし国際化に伴い世界中の玉成混交の伝統医学を意味する場合も。補完代替療法とすれば少しわかりやすいと思いますが、決して現在医学と対立するものではありません。

      健康保険は日本の皆保険制度をさすと思いますが、健康保険＝標準治療ではありません。治療のパラダイムシフトが起ってる疾患でも標準治療に保険が使えない場合があります。日本の自己負担率は2割以下です。このような保険の使い方ではこれ以上標準治療を健康保険にすぐ変更できる体力はないでしょう。pic.twitter.com/LUvuRIHNx3

          標準医療は全国津々浦々までその基準で治療できる各分野の学会が定めたガイドラインなどに載っている医療をさします。しかし、これは永久不滅のものではなく、数年に1回の改訂があります。つまり医療の進化に応じた変化する医療です。10年前の標準医療は現在ではそうではないことはよくあることです。

          将来の標準医療の最適最善を先進医療だけが担うものではありません。 革新的な技術や新理論による治療など世界中の森羅万象からも見いだされます。その中で瑞穂先生が単純に字義通り解釈した最先端医療ですが、先生にように字義通り解釈する人がだまされやすい言葉で明確な定義は決まっていません。

          最先端医療は詐欺の道具にも利用可能なワードです。革新的技術や新理論による治療も偽医学に利用されることが多いワードですよね。しかし、河原から玉を見つけ出す確率よりも低い可能性でも標準医療に組み込めるヒントを医療は貪欲に探します。代替医療から標準医療に組み込んだ治療も多々ありますね。
