    Important point here. Trump's abandoning of the Syrian opposition, particularly in Daraa, was a huge giveaway to Iran. Trump doesn't understand how to complement financial pressure w/regional muscle. One w/o the other leaves you weaker at the negotiating table.

    13. But is Trump really “restoring deterrence.” No. He is pulling back all reconstruction, withdrew support from Syrian opposition, & sent mixed signals about US staying power. That’s not “restring deterrence.” That’s actually a more complete pullback than Obama.

    So far from the last 24 hours of fighting in Kafr Nabudah and its environs, I have recorded 13 loyalist fighters killed and 5 rebel fighters slain. Numbers will likely change, this is just an early count.

    We're at the point where this is the only option. We've tried educating people. We've tried showing them proof of the suffering Syrians are enduring at the hands of Assad. They have only gotten worse+now celebrities are engaging in this Islamophobic, fascist behavior.

    This is a rather stunning reversal. After a 10+ hour battle with reports of 40+regime KIA, the Syrian resistance has retaken Kafr Nabouda. ✊✊

    Confirmed: HTS compeletely liberated Kafr Naboudah...

    I have no problem saying it: If you do choose to believe this stuff (as in, a considered position), you're a bad person. There's something broken in you if you look at mass atrocities and your first instinct is to step right over those bodies and into your echo preferred chamber.
