(bug): reminds can not be marked explicit

Summary

Marking a Remind explicit has no effect on the post. It should cover the entire Remind, including any media associated with it.

Steps to reproduce

Go to Reminded post as admin
Go to the dropdown menu
Click "mark explicit"
Nothing changes

Platform information

Multiple browsers on PC and MacOS

What is the expected correct behavior?

Should blur the entire post with the explicit cover.
