Unclear what actually caused the fire, I've seen it blamed on Turkish security measures, rebels (Liwa Samarkand) burning wood in order to create charcoal to sell, or by accidentally by people living nearby in tents (presumably IDPs).pic.twitter.com/2gRWo5cIti
