Summary

It appears that comment attachments aren't working.

Steps to reproduce

A couple of things to look at

1. Attach an image to a comment - observe nothing appears.

2. The image should actually be uploading. Giving it a healthy buffer of time to upload, hit send.

3. The image should upload

4. Attach a large image

5. Hit post and then repeatedly press send

6. You should see that things are working behind the scenes

Lastly, try posting a gif.

What is the current bug behavior?

• The user is given no indicator that their image is uploading, but can still post images.
• The user cannot upload and post a gif.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The user should be able to attach gifs and images as expected.

Possible fixes

To me, the symptoms are indicative of an issue with change detection in the comments poster.

Tested, seems to be working on desktop and mobile web, didn't test app.

Thats extra weird then because I can from desktop.. I don't see why that'd be different for mobile so thank you, that gives us a starting point.
