    Looks like a repeat of the 1980s anti-Tamil riots that started the Civil War. The one that lasted 30 years, killed 150K, produced a rebel group advanced and powerful enough it rivaled Hezbollah in capability, and destroyed the island's economy. Crack down now, or repeat it.

    Pro life Catholics, for instance, do a huge amount of social work for single mothers. The reason progressives don't know this is probably because they themselves don't do anything for single mothers and so have no idea of what actual help they're getting.
